30-Day Returns

You have up to 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. To begin, simply reach out to us at
nutrimoneshop@gmail.com with your order details.

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide clear instructions on how to send your item back. Please note that returns must be requested first—items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

If you have any questions at any point, our team is always happy to assist.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective, or not what you expected, contact us right away so we can review the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.

Items Not Eligible for Return

Some items are not eligible for return, including:

Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)

Custom or personalized items

Personal care products

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

If you’re unsure about your item, feel free to reach out before starting a return.

Exchanges

If you’d like a different item, the quickest option is to return your original purchase and place a new order once your return is approved.

EU Customers: 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and include proof of purchase.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Subscriptions

For subscription or recurring orders, cancellations must be made before the next billing date. Once a payment has been processed, the order is already being prepared and cannot be refunded.

Subscriptions follow our standard policies. To cancel, please email us at nutrimoneshop@gmail.com before your next billing cycle with your order number and request.

If a cancellation is requested after a renewal has been processed, that order will still be shipped, but we will ensure all future shipments are canceled.

Restocking Fee

All approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. This means your refund will be issued for 85% of the order subtotal.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate address.

We are unable to take responsibility for orders that are lost, delayed, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

If a package is returned to us for this reason, a 15% restocking fee will apply, and original shipping costs are non-refundable.
